Global Styleguide

In order to develop a brand holistically in a rapidly growing environment, it is particularly important to document everything and make the content easily available to the various scattered teams. Therefore I developed and implemented this comprehensive global style guide to ensure consistent corporate design across all markets. The full document contains more than 75 pages about the brand and design principles, detailed information about execution as well as special content about vehicle branding, etc. Here you can see a small excerpt.

Design Templates

To maximize scalability I created these Global Design Templates and provided direct guidance to international teams to streamline production. The digital templates were also partly automated.

Automated Banner sets

Online banners make up a huge part of FlixBus advertising.
They had to be created in many different formats and languages, which was constantly very time consuming.

To solve this problem, I created prototypes in Figma that can automatically adjust themselves to the content using defined variables. This makes adaptation significantly faster.

This is an example of a banner set for various brand categories.

Brand Awareness Campaign

Idea

Full focus on brand awareness! Very bold and disruptive type combined with puns around the Flix universe.

The typeface in Flix colors acts as a keyvisual and can be used basically everywhere to spread the campaign.
The mechanic is a loud headline as a strong stopper. The message is putting a catchy line in the customers head and then we give the solution in the subline.
